RLC-5 Version 1.35

This version adds support for the optional I/O board, including commands for
controlling the Doug Hall Remote Base Interface 1 using the output lines.  It
uses a much more memory efficient command execution module, but is otherwise
changed very little from V1.32.  If you do not have the optional I/O board,
this update will probably not do you any good.
