Known Bugs in V1.66

The user passwords get erased whenever the controller is reset.
The password system is also disabled, so it just goes back to
normal.  If you want to use the passwords, upgrade to V1.67 or
later or make sure the controller doesn't lose power and make
sure no one executes command 035 or presses the reset button.
