RLC-3 Version 1.41 was the last release of importance for most RLC-3
users.  It fixed several problems present in earlier versions and added
many words to the vocabulary.  V1.44 added command C139 to aid in
setting up the RLC-Icom interface for IC-900 band modules.  V1.46
finishes the commands needed to control the DVR1, our big DVR.  Unless
you have the RLC-Icom interface or the DVR1, there is no reason to
upgrade past V1.41.

EPROMS.ZIP              The files needed to burn software version 1.46.
                        The card rom data (included) is identical to V1.45.
                        The voice eprom data (included) is identical to V1.41.

RLC3.PDF                The RLC-3 manual V1.46 in PDF.  Not compressable
                        with zip.  Box characters now print correctly.
