1) FIXED THE READBACK ON COMMAND 035

2) FIXED A FATAL SERIAL OVERFLOW ERROR.  TO MUCH DATA ON THE SERIAL PORT CAUSED
   THE CONTROLLER TO GO NUTS...

3) ENABLED THE KERCHUNK FILTERS.  SEE COMMAND 050..052 TIMER SLOT 30..34

4) FIXED THE COURTESY BEEPS STOPPING WHEN IN REVERSE AUTOPATCH MODE

5) ADDED LONG TONE ZERO DETECTION.
	TIMER 55 WAS THE VOICE DELAY TIMER IS NOW THE LONG TONE ZERO TIMER
	EVENT 53 IS NOW ASSIGNED TO THE LTZ EVENT
	   THE LTZ TIMER NEEDS TO BE LESS THAN THE SCAN DELAY TIMER (TIMER 42)
	     WHEN A DTMF '0' IS RECEIVED AND PRESENT FOR THE LENGTH OF THE LTZ
	     TIMER (TIMER 55) THE LTZ EVENT WILL BE CALLED.
	YOU MAY WANT TO SET-UP TIMER 53 TO A VALUE AROUND 4-5 SECONDS.  THE
	TIMER DEFAULTS TO 500mS IN YOUR CURRENT SOFTWARE.  RE-INITIALIZATION
	WILL CORRECTLY SET-UP THE TIMER TO 4 SECONDS.

eproms.zip         the files needed to burn your own V4.20 eproms
		   for the RLC-2 and RLC-2a.

		  The NEW manual is V4.20 and will be uploaded shortly
		    See the file manual.cnh for basic changes from v4.14-v4.20

Notes:

  To install the update you need to unzip eproms.zip and burn two 27C512
  eproms, one with the voice data and one for the main program rom.
  After installing the new roms, power up the controller while holding
  down the initialization button on the circuit board.  This will set
  everything up for factory defaults.  You can then begin programming.
  You may not have to reinitialize the controller if you are upgrading
  from a relatively recent version (4.00 or later).

  eproms.zip contains:
    voice401.bin - Binary file for the voice rom
    rlc2a420.icm - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Icom HF interface
    rlc2a420.kwd - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Kenwood HF interface
    rlc2a420.yas - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Yaesu HF interface
    rlc2_420.icm - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Icom HF interface
    rlc2_420.kwd - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Kenwood HF interface
    rlc2_420.yas - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Yaesu HF interface

	Note:  if your controller serial number is 150 or later, it
	is an RLC-2a rather than a RLC-2.  There is no functional
	difference, but the software is slightly different.

PDF is Adobe's Portable Document Format.  This is a format that can be
viewed and/or printed from DOS, Windows, Macintosh, and Unix systems
using the appropriate version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader. Acrobat is
freely distributable;  you can download it from Adobe's ftp site.  If
you have difficulty with their site, let me know and we may be able to
post the reader ourselves.  You may be able to download the viewer
and/or manual files using your WWW browser. All of the applicable
addresses are listed below.
