1) FIXED THE CUSTOM COURTESY BEEP AUDIO ROUTING BUG.

2) FIXED THE AUTOPATCH AUDIO ROUTING BUG.

3) MADE SOME BASIC GRAMMER CHANGES WITH THE HF REMOTE BASE.

4) ADDED SPECIAL ADDRESS CHANGES FOR KENWOOD HF RADIOS
	- TS-450 AND LATER SELECT ADDRESS 00 UNDER COMMAND 108
	- TS-940 ONLY SELECT ADDRESS 01 UNDER COMMAND 108
	- TS-440 AND EARLIER SELECT ADDRESS 02 UNDER COMMAND 108
THE ADDRESS CHANGES ARE TO ALLOW THE NEWER VFO SELECTION COMMANDS VR AND VT.
THESE NEWER SERIAL CODES ALLOW ACCESS TO THE VFO'S IN A DIFFERENT MANNER.  
WHEN USING OLDER KENWOOD RADIOS THE CONTROLLER USES THE FN COMMAND.

5) THIS SOFTWARE DOES NOT NEED RE-INITIALIZATION UPON INSTALLATION IF 
UPGRADING FROM 4.11.

This directory should contain the following files:

readme             this file
eproms.zip         the files needed to burn your own V4.16 eproms
		   for the RLC-2 and RLC-2a.

		  The manual is the same as V4.14

Notes:

  To install the update you need to unzip eproms.zip and burn two 27C512
  eproms, one with the voice data and one for the main program rom.
  After installing the new roms, power up the controller while holding
  down the initialization button on the circuit board.  This will set
  everything up for factory defaults.  You can then begin programming.
  You may not have to reinitialize the controller if you are upgrading
  from a relatively recent version (4.00 or later).

  eproms.zip contains:
    voice401.bin - Binary file for the voice rom
    rlc2a416.icm - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Icom HF interface
    rlc2a416.kwd - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Kenwood HF interface
    rlc2a416.yas - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Yaesu HF interface
    rlc2_416.icm - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Icom HF interface
    rlc2_416.kwd - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Kenwood HF interface
    rlc2_416.yas - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Yaesu HF interface

	Note:  if your controller serial number is 150 or later, it
	is an RLC-2a rather than a RLC-2.  There is no functional
	difference, but the software is slightly different.

PDF is Adobe's Portable Document Format.  This is a format that can be
viewed and/or printed from DOS, Windows, Macintosh, and Unix systems
using the appropriate version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader. Acrobat is
freely distributable;  you can download it from Adobe's ftp site.  If
you have difficulty with their site, let me know and we may be able to
post the reader ourselves.  You may be able to download the viewer
and/or manual files using your WWW browser. All of the applicable
addresses are listed below.
