1) CHANGED THE VOICE ERROR IN THE 'HF' REMOTE BASE FROM 'NOT CURRENT' TO 'HF ERROR'

2) WHEN THE HF REMOTE IS INITIALLY TURNED ON THE VOICE RESPONSE WAS 'REMOTE ON'
   NOW THE RESPONSE WILL SPEAK THE FREQUENCY LAST ENTERED.

3) WHEN THE HF REMOTE IS PLACED INTO RECEIVE THE VOICE RESPONSE IS NOW 'HF RECEIVE'

   USER MUST USE THE DYNAMIC AUDIO ROUTING VARIABLES 32..43.  THESE VARIABLES
   ARE PROVIDED SO THE EVENTS WILL ONLY BE ROUTED TO PORTS CONFIGURED A CERTAIN
   WAY.
	FOR EXAMPLE: TO ROUTE A CUSTOM COURTESY BEEP TO ON REPEATER PORTS CONNECTED

eproms.zip         the files needed to burn your own V4.12 eproms
                   for the RLC-2 and RLC-2a.
rlc2v414.pdf       The manual in pdf.  More info about pdf below.
ch_v414.pdf        Just the changes made since V4.10b of the manual.

Notes:

  To install the update you need to unzip eproms.zip and burn two 27C512
  eproms, one with the voice data and one for the main program rom.
  After installing the new roms, power up the controller while holding
  down the initialization button on the circuit board.  This will set
  everything up for factory defaults.  You can then begin programming.
  You may not have to reinitialize the controller if you are upgrading
  from a relatively recent version (4.00 or later).

    voice401.bin - Binary file for the voice rom
    rlc2a414.icm - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Icom HF interface
    rlc2a414.kwd - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Kenwood HF interface
    rlc2a414.yas - RLC2a Binary file for main rom with Yaesu HF interface
    rlc2_414.icm - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Icom HF interface
    rlc2_414.kwd - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Kenwood HF interface
    rlc2_414.yas - RLC2 Binary file for main rom with Yaesu HF interface

        Note:  if your controller serial number is 150 or later, it
        is an RLC-2a rather than a RLC-2.  There is no functional
        difference, but the software is slightly different.

PDF is Adobe's Portable Document Format.  This is a format that can be
viewed and/or printed from DOS, Windows, Macintosh, and Unix systems
using the appropriate version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader. Acrobat is
freely distributable;  you can download it from Adobe's ftp site.  If
you have difficulty with their site, let me know and we may be able to
post the reader ourselves.  You may be able to download the viewer
and/or manual files using your WWW browser. All of the applicable
addresses are listed below.
