RLC-Icom V1.22 Software

The only change made between V1.20 and V1.22 of the firmware is that 
V1.22 no longer automatically switches to "monitor only" mode when
a new RF frequency / PL frequency, etc. is set.  

This directory should contain the following files:

readme.txt         this file
eproms.zip         the files needed to burn your own eproms

Notes:

To install the update you need to unzip eproms.zip and burn a 27C512
eprom.  You will probably not have to reintialize your RLC-Icom after
changing software, as the memory map hasn't changed.
