RLC-Club Version 1.74 The following things have changed since V1.73: V1.73 had a lot of major changes in it, some of which slowed it down so much that it was nearly unusuable on the RLC-3 and not as smooth as it should have been on the RLC-Club. V1.74 is a lot faster than V1.73 (about three times faster on the RLC-3) which should should fix the major problems V1.73 had. Because the core routines were changed so much to speed them up in this version, there is a reasonable chance that there will be a problem in this version too. If having stable software is more important to you than having the newest features, please stay with a proven software version (anything between V1.41 and V1.72 is fine) until V1.74 has had a chance to prove itself. Made it read the value of each analog line 6 times more often, a little faster than once a second for each line on the RLC-3, more often than that on on the Club. Fixed a problem that was introduced in V1.73 that let one tone or voice word start before the ptt wait timer took effect. This problem could result in a the first tone sent after keying up going too long or the first word of a message being spoken immediately upon the transmitter coming up, then it waiting as it should for the PTT wait timer before speaking the rest of the message. There are no plans to update the manual for V1.74. Please use the V1.73 manual. ------------------------------------------------------------ You can find this file and the others described below on our internet ftp site, ftp://ftp.link-comm.com.
