Known bugs in RLC-Club V1.60 software

The four pending ID's are supposed to be stored in macro 222, 
224, 226 and 228.  The RLC-Club mistakenly calls 222, 230, 238 
and 246.  The first ID in the rotation will work correctly, the 
second will send the CW ID, the third will send the analog 5 
high alarm message and the fourth will send the analog 3 normal 
message.  Until this is fixed, program those two analog macros 
with voice ID messages.
