Description of the files in this directory These files are for the ACC controllers. ACC is no longer in business, but these files are being provided by Link Communications, Inc. to help ACC's customers. Link Communications does not do technical support for ACC's products and does not sell ACC controllers, but we do sell software updates, manuals, and a very few parts. RC85.ZIP The files needed to update an RC-85 to software version V5.2. Note that if you are upgrading from a version prior to V5.0, you will need a 27C011 eprom which is nearly impossible to find. If you can't find a 27C011, Link Communications sells a module that uses a daughterboard to emulate the 27C011. RC96.ZIP Same as above but for the RC-96. RC850.ZIP The files needed to upgrade an RC-850 to V3.8. You will need two 27C011 eproms (see above) and the computer interface board (which is not available). NSPECTOR.ZIP The Inspector program for the RC-850. Let you view, but not edit, the contents of the eeprom. Works with software versions up to 3.6, but not with 3.7 or 3.8. 850ASCII.ZIP A bunch of text files that contain the four main parts of the RC-850 manual and parts of the computer interface manual. 850_PDF.ZIP Most of the text files from 850ASCII.ZIP assembled, formatted, and made into PDF files. Since Chapter 3 of the computer interface manual was missing, that manual has been omitted. Photocopies of the original printed manual can be purchased from Link Communications. PM200.ZIP The personalization program for the PatchMaster 200. ACCDEMO.ZIP Demo version of a PC terminal program written by Andy Kadvan Jr. that helps you program your RC-85 or RC-96. Uses a modem to send DTMF digits for control. It is not supported by Link Communications, so please direct any questions about it to Mr. Kadvan. REPAIR.TXT Information about repairing and upgrading ACC controllers. ACCNOTES.ZIP ACC Notes Online (Windows help file format), an electronic edition of the periodic newsletter that ACC published on paper. If you have any questions, please email, fax, or call me.
